I bought this book in preparation of our desire to retire in the area. This book has just "anything you were afraid to ask..." and it provided all the answers. I liked the week by week schedule in what you might expect in relocating to the area. I also has some very good insight on how things operate and what it might take to get things done - utilities, etc.. I really liked the appendix section with the various forms - seems like it would be very helpful. Lisa you done good :-) If you're considering moving to Ajijic or the Lake Chapala area, this is an excellent reference. Reasonably up to date, you can also subscribe to her Lake Chapala Reporter reports which gives very up-to-date information about the area and what you need to know when moving there.
